All products sold on FirstCopyShop.in are first copy / replica products. They are not original branded products. We clearly market all products as first copy replicas. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying first copy products and not original branded merchandise.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• We accept Cash on Delivery with ₹200 advance shipping charge
• The advance shipping charge is non-refundable if you refuse delivery without valid reason
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Delivery takes 4-7 working days across India
• We will contact you on WhatsApp/phone to confirm your order
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if product is out of stock

Returns & Refunds

• We offer 7-day returns from date of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product
• Advance shipping charge of ₹200 is non-refundable
