Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received a wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is significantly different from the description
• The product was damaged during delivery

How to Return

Step 2: Send photos/video of the product showing the issue
Step 3: We will confirm your return request within 24 hours
Step 4: Pack the product safely and ship it to our address
Step 5: Refund or exchange processed within 5-7 days of receiving the product

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
• Refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI
• The ₹200 advance shipping charge is non-refundable
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. WhatsApp us with your order number and we will arrange the exchange for you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Used or damaged products (damage not caused by us)
• Products without original packaging
